Job Description
Job Title: Home Loan Sales Executive / Relationship Manager
Location: Virar & Borivali (Mumbai)
Job Summary: We are looking for dynamic and result-oriented professionals for Home Loan Sales in the Virar and Borivali locations. The role involves sourcing new home loan customers, managing relationships, and driving business growth through direct sales and channel partnerships.
- Key Responsibilities: Generate new business for Home Loans, Loan Against Property (LAP), and related products
- Source customers through open market, real estate brokers, builders, and referral channels
- Build and maintain strong relationships with real estate agents, builders, and connectors
- Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable loan products
- Handle end-to-end sales process including login, documentation, and disbursement follow-up
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets
- Ensure compliance with company policies and regulatory guidelines
- Maintain MIS and sales reports on a regular basis
- Education Criteria: Graduate.
- Minimum 1 year of experience in Home Loan / LAP / Mortgage Sales
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong market knowledge of Virar / Borivali and nearby areas preferred
