Job Description
Key Responsibilities
- Supervise daily housekeeping operations and staff deployment.
- Ensure cleanliness and hygiene standards are maintained in all assigned areas.
- Monitor attendance, grooming, discipline, and performance of housekeeping staff.
- Allocate duties and prepare shift schedules for team members.
- Conduct regular inspections of premises, washrooms, common areas, and offices.
- Ensure proper usage of cleaning chemicals, machines, and materials.
- Maintain inventory of housekeeping supplies and raise requirements when needed.
- Handle client complaints and resolve housekeeping-related issues promptly.
- Train housekeeping staff on cleaning procedures, safety practices, and company standards.
- Ensure compliance with safety, health, and company policies.
- Coordinate with maintenance and other departments for smooth facility operations.
- Prepare daily reports and housekeeping checklists.
