Job Description
**Hiring: HR Executive**
**Company:** Nickunj Eximp Enterprises Pvt. Ltd.
**Location:** Marine Lines Mumbai
**Requirements:**
* Graduate in any discipline
* Good English communication skills (written & verbal)
* Minimum 2–5 years of experience in HR functions
* Knowledge of recruitment, employee documentation, onboarding, and HR administration
* Good interpersonal and organizational skills
* Proficient in MS Office
**Key Responsibilities:**
* Handle recruitment and candidate coordination
* Manage employee onboarding and documentation
* Maintain employee records and HR databases
* Coordinate attendance, leave records, and HR-related activities
* Support day-to-day HR operations and employee engagement initiatives
**Salary:** ₹25,000 – ₹50,000 per month (based on experience)
