Job Description
The HR Generalist is responsible for managing core HR functions, including
employee relations, recruitment support, policy implementation, and team
coordination. This role collaborates with the HR Director to ensure efficient
HR operations and compliance with company standards
Reports To HR Director
Key Responsibilities
• Employee Relations and Engagement
• Recruitment and Onboarding Support
• Policy Implementation and Compliance
• Team Oversight and Coordination
Major Tasks & Responsibilities
• Handle employee relations by addressing concerns, resolving conflicts, and
fostering a positive workplace culture.
• Oversee recruitment processes, including job postings, initial candidate
screening, and coordination with the recruiter to meet hiring timelines.
• Facilitate onboarding and orientation programs to support new employee
integration and early-stage engagement.
• Implement HR policies and procedures, ensuring compliance with company
standards and local labour laws.
• Monitor team activities related to HR operations, such as performance
reviews, attendance tracking, and leave management.
• Work with the HR Director on strategic HR projects, including workforce
development and employee retention initiatives.
Occasional Duties
• Assist in planning and organizing employee engagement and team-building
events.
• Provide recommendations on HR process improvements and policy updates.
Education Level Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related
field.
Work Experience 3+ years in an HR role with experience in employee relations, recruitment,
and policy implementation.
Skills & Abilities
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to maintain
confidentiality and handle sensitive information.
• Proficient understanding of HR policies, local labor regulations, and best
practices in HR operations.

Preferred Background • Experience in HR within a mid-sized organization, with a focus on employee
engagement and policy compliance.
