Hiring: IT Recruiter / Talent Acquisition Specialist
📍 Job Location: Malad
🧑💼 Experience Required: 3+ Years
We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented IT Recruiter / Talent Acquisition Specialist with hands-on experience in end-to-end recruitment and lateral hiring. The ideal candidate should possess excellent sourcing, screening, coordination, and stakeholder management skills.
Key Responsibilities:
Source and screen resumes through job portals such as Naukri, Shine, Monster, LinkedIn, references, and social networking platforms.
Handle both C2H (Contract-to-Hire) and Permanent Hiring requirements.
Manage complete recruitment lifecycle including sourcing, staffing, screening, interview coordination, offer rollout, and onboarding.
Shortlist candidates based on technical skills, experience, communication, and role suitability.
Coordinate with hiring managers to understand job requirements and niche skill sets.
Conduct HR interviews and salary negotiations as per company standards.
Prepare and share requisition templates with sourcing teams for hiring initiation.
Maintain regular follow-up with candidates and ensure smooth hiring closure.
Inform rejected candidates professionally with appropriate feedback/reasons.
Prepare MIS reports related to closures, offer declines, internal movements, and weekly recruitment updates.
Desired Skills:
Strong understanding of IT recruitment processes.
Expertise in sourcing through multiple recruitment channels.
Good communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work on multiple positions simultaneously.
Strong negotiation and stakeholder management skills.
Experience in handling volume and lateral hiring.
Qualification:
Graduate / MBA preferred
