Job Description
End-to-end inventory management, ensuring stock accuracy, ageing control, and overall stock health
Shrinkage control through loss identification, SOP implementation, regular audits, and corrective actions
Management of complete dark store operations, including inbound, put-away, picking, dispatch, returns, and reconciliation
Ownership of key KPIs such as Fill Rate, Inventory Accuracy, Shrinkage %, Productivity, and SLA adherence
Effective manpower planning including rostering, productivity tracking, and performance management
Proactive handling of escalations related to inventory discrepancies, operational issues, and manpower gaps
Strong focus on process compliance, safety standards, and operational excellence across all shifts
Training and capability development to support scalable operations
Data-driven identification of bottlenecks and continuous improvement initiatives
