About the RoleRAO – IB & IGCSE Wing is inviting applications from experienced and highly qualified educators for premium one-to-one coaching assignments across Mumbai.

The selected teachers will provide personalised academic support to students studying in leading IB schools. The role requires strong subject expertise, familiarity with the IB curriculum and the ability to design lessons according to each student’s academic level, learning style and school requirements.

• IBDP Economics, Business Management and Psychology
• IBDP English, French, Spanish and Hindi
• Environmental Systems and Societies
• Computer Science
• History, Geography and Global Politics
• Theory of Knowledge
• Extended Essay and Internal Assessment guidance
• MYP and IB Middle Years subjects
• Key ResponsibilitiesConduct personalised one-to-one classes at the student’s residence or online.
• Deliver lessons aligned with the latest IB curriculum and assessment framework.
• Strengthen conceptual understanding, subject application and examination technique.
• Prepare customised worksheets, assignments, revision plans and assessments.
• Support students with Internal Assessments, Extended Essays and subject-specific projects, wherever applicable.
• Identify learning gaps and create structured academic improvement plans.
• Provide regular feedback on student attendance, performance and progress.
• Coordinate professionally with parents and the RAO academic team.
• Maintain punctuality, consistency and academic discipline.
• Prepare students for school assessments, mock examinations and final IB examinations.
• Eligibility CriteriaMaster’s degree or higher qualification in the relevant subject.
• Minimum 3–5 years of teaching experience in the IB curriculum.
• Strong preference for teachers with direct IBDP or MYP school-teaching experience.
• Thorough understanding of IB command terms, assessment objectives, mark schemes and examination patterns.
• Experience in teaching Higher Level subjects will be an advantage.
• Excellent communication, presentation and student-management skills.
• Ability to teach complex concepts through a structured and student-friendly approach.
• Willingness to travel for home tuition assignments within Mumbai.
• Teachers currently associated with reputed IB schools may also apply for part-time assignments, subject to their institutional policies.
