Inside Sales Executive

We’re Hiring: Inside Sales Executive | Mumbai (2+ yrs exp.)

We’re looking for a dynamic Inside Sales Executive to join our growing team at Perch Technologies Pvt. Ltd.

🔹 Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct lead research and identify potential clients

• Execute outbound sales activities including cold calling, email campaigns, and LinkedIn outreach

• Qualify leads and schedule meetings for the sales team

• Manage lead generation pipeline and achieve prospecting targets

• Understand client requirements and align suitable solutions

• Build and maintain strong relationships with corporate and enterprise clients

• Coordinate with technical teams for solution alignment and proposals

🔹 What We’re Looking For:

• 2+ years of experience in Inside Sales / Lead Generation

• Strong consultative selling, communication, and negotiation skills

• Ability to work independently as well as part of a team

• Mandatory experience in IT Hardware, Infrastructure, or Networking Solutions

• Prior experience in IT/Technology Sales or Enterprise Solution Selling preferred

• Hands-on experience with CRM tools (lead tracking, follow-ups, reporting)

• Highly self-driven, target-oriented, and proactive mindset

• Any Graduate
