Job Description
We are looking for a motivated and results-driven Inside Sales Executive to join our growing sales team. You will be responsible for generating new business through outbound calling, qualifying leads, conducting online demos, and closing deals with both direct clients and resellers. This is a target-oriented role ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, phone-first environment.
Key responsibilities
Make high-volume outbound calls to prospective clients to generate and qualify leadsIdentify decision-makers and pitch our products/services effectively over the phoneSchedule and conduct online product demonstrations via video call (Zoom, Google Meet, etc.)Manage and nurture the sales pipeline from first contact through to closureFollow up consistently with warm leads through calls, emails, and messagesClose deals with direct clients as well as through reseller/channel partner networksMaintain accurate records of all activities and leads in CRM softwareMeet and exceed monthly/quarterly revenue and call targets
Requirements
1–4 years of inside sales or telesales experience (B2B preferred)Excellent verbal communication skills with a confident telephone mannerProven track record of meeting sales targets and closing dealsComfortable conducting online demos and presentationsStrong follow-up and negotiation skillsExperience working with CRM tools (Zoho, Salesforce, HubSpot, or similar)Self-motivated, persistent, and goal-oriented mindsetGraduate in any discipline; MBA is a plus
