Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
Drive direct sales of diamonds/jewellery through digital B2B platforms.
Develop and maintain relationships with domestic and international clients.
Manage inquiries, convert leads, and deliver excellent pre- and post-sales support.
Monitor and report on sales KPIs and market trends.
Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth order fulfillment.
Requirements:
2–5 years of experience in diamond/jewellery sales (B2B).
Proven track record in online sales.
Fluent in English, Hindi, and Gujarati.
Strong negotiation, communication, and relationship-building skills.
Familiarity with MS Office and CRM tools.
