Position: Inside Sales Executive

Location: Santacruz West, Mumbai

Salary: ₹35,000 – ₹40,000 per month

About the Role

We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven Inside Sales Executive with prior experience in the EdTech industry. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication and sales skills, with a proven ability to convert leads into enrollments and achieve monthly sales targets.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle inbound and outbound sales calls.
• Counsel prospective students and parents about courses and programs.
• Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable learning solutions.
• Follow up with leads through calls, WhatsApp, email, and CRM.
• Convert inquiries into successful enrollments.
• Achieve monthly sales and revenue targets.
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and sales activities.
• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure a smooth admission process.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with prospective customers.

Requirements

• Minimum 1–3 years of Inside Sales experience in the EdTech industry.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and persuasion skills.
• Experience handling lead conversion and achieving sales targets.
• Familiarity with CRM tools is preferred.
• Graduate in any discipline.
• Self-motivated, target-oriented, and customer-focused.
