Job Description
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and respond to inquiries received through IndiaMART and other lead generation platforms.
- Engage with prospective customers to understand their requirements and provide appropriate product/service information.
- Coordinate with vendors and suppliers to obtain pricing, availability, and product specifications.
- Prepare accurate and timely quotations and proposals for customers.
- Conduct regular follow-ups with customers to convert inquiries into business opportunities.
- Maintain and update lead, quotation, and customer data in company records.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth order processing and customer satisfaction.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers and vendors.
- Assist in achieving monthly sales targets and business objectives.
