Role

Summary

The incumbent will be responsible for driving business through the Agency Channel by recruiting, developing, and managing insurance advisors and Front Line Sales (FLS) teams. The role focuses on expanding the agency network, driving sales productivity, and achieving business targets.

Key Responsibilities

·        Recruit and develop insurance advisors/agents.

·        Build and strengthen the agency distribution network.

·        Drive business through advisor activation and productivity.

·        Recruit, manage, coach, and retain the FLS team.

·        Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual business targets.

·        Conduct regular training, field coaching, and performance reviews.

·        Generate new business through local market development and relationship building.

·        Ensure adherence to company policies and regulatory guidelines.

Eligibility Criteria

·        Qualification: Graduate in any discipline.

·        Experience: 3–10+ years in Health, Life, or General Insurance.

·        Mandatory experience in Agency/Channel Sales.

·        Strong experience in agency recruitment and team management.

·        Ability to build and scale an agency distribution network.

·        Candidates with an existing team or strong local market network will be preferred.

·        Excellent leadership, communication, and relationship management skills.
