Job Description

Lead Generation: Reach out to new leads via outbound cold calling, email, or in-person meetings.

Needs Analysis: Interview prospects to understand their financial goals and risk tolerance.

Policy Pitching: Present and explain features of life, health, or motor insurance policies clearly.

Closing & Compliance: Negotiate terms, finalize sales agreements, and ensure all regulatory standards are met.

Client Management: Help existing clients with premium renewals, policy adjustments, and the claims process.
