About the Role
Spacient Designs is looking for a technically strong and design-oriented Interior Designer to handle interior and façade-related projects across design, coordination, documentation, and execution stages. The candidate should be confident in client communication, technical drawings, and site coordination.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle projects independently as SPOC
- Attend client meetings and develop practical design solutions
- Coordinate with consultants, vendors, contractors, and site teams
- Prepare concepts, presentations, mood boards, and material palettes
- Develop and review technical/working drawings
- Conduct site visits and support execution coordination
- Prepare SketchUp models and presentation documentation
- Use AI tools for design references and workflow support
Required Skills
- Strong technical detailing and site knowledge
- Good understanding of materials and execution processes
- Strong communication and coordination skills
- Attention to detail and problem-solving approach
Software Skills
- AutoCAD
- SketchUp
- Photoshop
- PowerPoint
