Job Description
Job RoleWe are looking for a Technical Design Coordinator who can understand client requirements and coordinate with our production design team for execution.
The candidate will act as a bridge between the client, design team, and production department to ensure smooth workflow and proper communication of technical details.
- ResponsibilitiesUnderstand client requirements, references, and design expectations
- Discuss dimensions, materials, finishes, and technical details with clients
- Prepare detailed requirement sheets and project briefs
- Coordinate with ArtCAM, ZBrush, Rhino, and production designers
- Follow up with the design team for updates and revisions
- Maintain project files, approvals, drawings, and version updates
- Coordinate with production team for execution clarity
- Help in planning timelines and tracking project progress
- Ensure proper communication between all departments
- Required SkillsGood communication and coordination skills
- Basic understanding of design and fabrication processes
- Knowledge of materials like wood, marble, metal, Corian, etc.
- Detail-oriented and organized
- Ability to understand drawings and dimensions
- Comfortable with Excel, Google Drive, and WhatsApp coordination
