Job Description
Position: Interior Site Supervisor
Location: Mumbai
Employment Type: Full-Time
About the RoleWe are looking for an experienced and result-oriented Interior Site Project Manager to lead residential, commercial, and retail interior fit-out projects. The candidate will be responsible for managing site execution, coordinating with clients, vendors, contractors, and ensuring projects are completed on time, within budget, and as per quality standards.
- Key ResponsibilitiesManage complete interior fit-out projects from planning to handover.
- Coordinate with clients, architects, designers, consultants, and contractors.
- Prepare project schedules and monitor progress against timelines.
- Supervise site engineers, supervisors, carpenters, and other execution teams.
- Ensure work is executed as per approved drawings and specifications.
- Conduct regular site inspections and quality checks.
- Manage material procurement, delivery, and inventory at site.
- Monitor project costs and control budget overruns.
- Ensure compliance with safety standards and company policies.
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly progress reports.
- Resolve site-related issues and coordinate with stakeholders for smooth project execution.
- Attend client meetings and provide project updates.
- Ensure successful project completion and handover.
- RequirementsBachelor's Degree/Diploma in Civil Engineering, Interior Design, Architecture, or related field.
- 5+ years of experience in interior fit-out project management.
- Strong knowledge of interior finishing works, furniture, carpentry, MEP coordination, and site execution.
- Ability to read and understand technical drawings and BOQs.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD, MS Excel, MS Project, and project reporting tools.
- Strong leadership, communication, and team management skills.
- Willingness to travel across project sites.
