Job Description
Real-Time Resolution: Respond promptly to customer inquiries, troubleshoot problems, and guide users through solutions without using phone calls. [1, 2, 3, 4, 5]
Multitasking: Manage multiple chat sessions simultaneously while maintaining quality, accuracy, and quick turnaround times. [1, 2]
Documentation: Log all interactions, customer details, and resolution steps accurately into the company's CRM software. [1]
Product & Service Expertise: Maintain deep, up-to-date knowledge of the client’s offerings to educate customers and address account-specific questions. [1, 2, 3, 4, 5]
Escalation Handling: Identify complex or unresolved issues and smoothly transfer them to higher-tier technical or specialized support teams. [1]
Adherence to KPIs: Meet established performance metrics, such as First Contact Resolution (FCR), Average Handle Time (AHT), and customer satisfaction (CSAT) scores. [1]
