• Handle voice support efficiently and professionally
• Resolve customer issues while maintaining service standards
• Coordinate with internal teams for quick issue resolution
• Maintain accurate customer records and system updates
• Achieve daily productivity and quality targets

Candidate Profile:

• Excellent verbal and written English communication
• Comfortable working in rotational/night shifts
• Strong problem-solving and interpersonal skills
• Basic computer and multitasking abilities
• Freshers with good communication skills are welcome
• Prior BPO/customer support experience is an added advantage
