We are looking for a dedicated In-Office Inventory & Operations Executive to manage our hardware stock and material orders. The candidate will be responsible for:
- Receiving and checking incoming stock (Inward Stock Management).
- Placing and following up on material orders with suppliers.
- Coordinating plating/finishing processes for handles, knobs, and door fittings.
- Maintaining accurate inventory records and preparing stock for production.
- Assisting in general hardware operations and ensuring smooth workflow in the office.
Requirements:
- Prior experience in hardware, furniture fittings, or inventory management is preferred.
- Basic understanding of plating/finishing processes is a plus.
- Organized, proactive, and able to manage multiple tasks.
- Comfortable working in an office/warehouse environment.
