Post: Investment Executive

Qualification: B.com or Graduate

Key Responsibilities & Activities:

1.     Capture and maintain relevant data for investment reports; prepare detailed investment memos, reports, and presentations; and conduct background research to evaluate alternative investment opportunities.

2.     Support due diligence processes and communicate findings on prospective investment recommendations in line with the family office’s investment strategy and portfolio.

3.     Manage investment documentation, execute online investment transactions, and handle off-market transfer of holdings.

4.     Prepare and maintain financial documents, bank applications, personal KYC records, and related documentation.

5.     Perform financial bookkeeping functions, including journal entries, bank reconciliations, payment processing, and holding reconciliations.

6.     Prepare accurate, clear, and presentable reports and information notes as required.

7.     Handle banking operations, including payment preparation, execution, and online banking transactions.

8.     Achieve individual and departmental productivity targets and ensure adherence to defined KPIs.

Other tasks:

1. Developing deep understanding of the financial markets; including knowledge of market participants, asset classes, relative market positions etc and apply the same to improve and automate processes.
2. Undertaking any other responsibilities as directed and mutually agreed with the Line Management.

Skills:

·       A proven work experience as an Investment Executive in a similar company

·       Proficiency with AI-assisted research tools (e.g., Claude, Perplexity, Gemini)

·       Strong writing and record-keeping abilities

·       Strong IT skills

·       Strong communication, planning & organising skills

· Working knowledge of Tally Prime (preferred)
