Qualification: B.Com / M.Com / Graduate in Commerce or Finance

Job Summary The Invoice Executive is responsible for preparing, verifying, and processing customer invoices accurately and on time. The role involves coordinating with internal teams, maintaining billing records, and ensuring compliance with company policies.

• Key Responsibilities Generate and process customer invoices accurately and within timelines.
• Verify purchase orders, delivery challans, and supporting documents before billing.
• Coordinate with Sales, Operations, and Accounts teams to resolve billing discrepancies.
• Maintain invoice records and documentation for audit purposes.
• Ensure timely submission of invoices to clients.
• Track invoice status and follow up on pending approvals.
• Assist in payment reconciliation and outstanding invoice tracking.
• Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly billing reports.
• Maintain data accuracy in ERP/accounting software.
• Ensure compliance with company billing policies and GST requirements.
• Required Skills Knowledge of invoicing and billing processes.
• Basic understanding of GST and taxation.
• Proficiency in MS Excel and MS Office.
• Experience with ERP software (SAP, Tally, Oracle, or similar) is preferred.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Good communication and coordination skills.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
• Preferred Candidate Profile Good analytical and organizational skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Positive attitude with problem-solving abilities.
• Invoice Executive (3+ Years): ₹30,000 – ₹40,000 per month
