About the Role:

We are looking for a confident and customer-focused Jewellery Sales Assistant to join our team. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills, a pleasing personality, and a passion for luxury jewellery and customer service.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist customers in selecting diamond and jewellery products based on their preferences and requirements. 
• Deliver an exceptional in-store customer experience. 
• Explain product details, pricing, diamond specifications, and ongoing offers to customers. 
• Build and maintain strong customer relationships for repeat business. 
• Achieve individual and store sales targets. 
• Handle billing coordination and customer queries professionally. 
• Maintain showroom presentation, display standards, and product hygiene. 
• Stay updated with jewellery trends, collections, and product knowledge. 

Requirements :

• Prior experience in jewellery, luxury retail, fashion retail, or showroom sales preferred. 
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills. 
• Presentable, confident, and customer-oriented personality. 
• Basic understanding of sales processes and customer handling. Ability to work in a fast-paced retail environment. 
• Graduate or equivalent qualification preferred.
