Jio Home Service Intern (PMIS Internship Program)Role OverviewJio is offering internship opportunities under the PM Internship Scheme (PMIS) for the role of Home Service Intern. This role is designed to provide hands-on experience in field operations, technical support, and customer service within Jio’s fiber service network.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist in JioFiber/AirFiber installation and service-related activities.
- Support technicians during field operations and troubleshooting.
- Ensure adherence to tools, materials, and safety compliance standards.
- Develop skills in customer service and technical operations.
- Eligibility CriteriaEducation: ITI / Diploma / Graduate
- Strong interest in technical field operations and customer service
- Willingness to work in on-ground service environments
Stipend₹11,000 per month
Location :-Mumbai, Including: Mira Road, Borivali, Kandivali, Goregaon, Charkop, Malad, Andheri, Juhu
