Jr. Accountant

Key Responsibilities

• Maintain day-to-day accounting entries and bookkeeping
• Record sales, vendor payments, refunds, and operational expenses
• Reconcile bank accounts, payment gateways, and wallets
• Manage invoice creation, vendor bills, and payment tracking
• Handle GST entries, TDS deductions, and basic tax compliance support
• Assist in preparing monthly MIS reports and financial statements
• Maintain records of event-wise collections and payouts
• Coordinate with operations and support teams for refund-related accounting
• Track receivables and follow up for pending payments
• Organize and maintain financial documents and reports
• Support audits and finance-related documentation

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Commerce, Accounting, or Finance (B.Com preferred)
• 1–2 years of accounting experience
• Freshers with strong accounting knowledge can also apply
• Basic understanding of GST, TDS, and accounting principles
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel / Google Sheets
• Familiarity with accounting software such as Tally, Zoho Books, or similar tools
• Good communication and organizational skills
• Attention to detail and ability to handle multiple tasks
• Preferred SkillsExperience in startups, ticketing, events, hospitality, or entertainment industry
• Knowledge of Razorpay, Cashfree, UPI reconciliation, or payment gateway settlements
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
