📢 Immediate Hiring – Junior HR Executive
🏢 Company: Financial Loan Products Company📍 Location: Andheri East, Mumbai
💰 Salary: ₹18,000 – ₹25,000 (In-Hand), based on experience
👤 Position: Junior HR Executive
📌 Experience Required: 2 to 3 Years
Key Responsibilities:
Manage end-to-end recruitment processes and candidate coordination
Screen resumes and schedule interviews
Oversee employee onboarding and documentation
Maintain HR records and Management Information Systems (MIS)
Monitor attendance and leave management
Coordinate with hiring managers to fulfill staffing requirements
Support general HR administrative functions
Required Skills:
Strong communication skills in English and Hindi
Proficiency in MS Excel, Word, and email communication
Excellent coordination and interpersonal abilities
Capability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
Candidates available for immediate joining will be given preference
