Job Summary:

We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Junior IT System Manager to handle day-to-day IT operations and ensure smooth functioning of the company’s IT infrastructure. The ideal candidate should have basic hands-on experience in managing systems, troubleshooting issues, and supporting overall IT operations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and support daily IT operations across the organization
• Handle installation, configuration, and maintenance of computer systems and networks
• Troubleshoot hardware and software issues in a timely manner
• Manage office IT infrastructure including desktops, laptops, printers, and networking devices
• Ensure proper functioning of internet connectivity, routers, and servers
• Provide technical support to employees for IT-related queries and issues
• Assist in system upgrades, software installations, and updates
• Maintain IT inventory and ensure proper documentation of systems and assets
• Ensure data backup and basic security protocols are followed
• Coordinate with external vendors for IT support when required

Requirements:

• Graduate in IT, Computer Science, or a related field
• 1–2 years of relevant experience in IT support or system management
• Basic knowledge of networking, hardware, and operating systems
• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
• Good communication and coordination abilities
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
