We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Junior Merchandiser with relevant industry experience who wants to grow in the apparel sourcing and export space.

🔹 Role Overview

This role is ideal for candidates with 1–3 years of experience in garment merchandising. You will work closely with senior merchandisers and management to manage sampling, buyer communication(buyer communication is subject to performance*), vendor coordination, and production follow-ups.

🔹 Key Responsibilities

* Handle day-to-day communication with buyers* and vendors

* Coordinate with factories for sampling, costing, and production updates

* Follow up on sampling timelines, approvals, and revisions

* Assist in fabric, trims, and raw material coordination

* Maintain order tracking sheets and internal documentation

* Ensure timely follow-ups with suppliers to meet deadlines

* Work with quality and production teams to ensure smooth execution

* Monitor shipment schedules and support logistics coordination

* Prepare costing sheets and assist in quotations

🔹 Requirements

* 1–3 years of experience in apparel merchandising / garment exports

* Experience working in export houses, buying offices, or sourcing companies

* Strong communication and coordination skills

* Good understanding of garments, fabrics, and trims

* Proficiency in Excel and documentation

* Strong attention to detail and time management

* Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
