Job Title: Kitchen & Stall Helper – Fingers Brand

Location: Mahavir Nagar, Kandivali

Type: Full-time / Part-time

About the Role:

We are looking for an energetic and reliable team member to join our Fingers stall. This role is perfect for someone who enjoys working in a fast-paced food environment and interacting with customers.

Key Responsibilities:

• Set up the stall before opening (prep ingredients, organize station, ensure cleanliness)
• Handle closing duties (cleaning, stock check, proper shutdown)
• Prepare food items (frying paneer fingers, tossing in flavours, plating)
• Fill and manage dips, sauces, and packaging
• Assemble delivery and takeaway orders accurately
• Manage customer flow and crowd during peak hours
• Maintain hygiene and cleanliness at all times
• Assist in basic inventory handling
• Ensure quick service without compromising quality
• Always maintain a friendly and positive attitude with customers

Requirements:

• No advanced cooking skills required (basic frying & food handling will be taught)
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Good attitude and willingness to learn
• Physically active and able to stand for long hours
• Punctual and responsible
• Prior experience in food stalls or QSR is a plus (not mandatory)
