Role overview

As part of our kitchen team at the Dadar store, you'll play a hands-on role in preparing the snacks that our customers love. This is a great opportunity to learn food preparation in a professional kitchen environment.

Responsibilities

• Prepare snacks and food items as per PatilKaki's recipes and quality standards
• Assist with ingredient prep — washing, cutting, mixing, and portioning
• Support senior kitchen staff during production hours
• Maintain hygiene and cleanliness at your workstation and in the kitchen
• Follow food safety practices and store guidelines at all times
• Help with restocking ingredients and kitchen supplies as needed

What we're looking for

• Willingness to learn — no prior experience required
• Punctual and reliable with a positive attitude
• Basic understanding of kitchen hygiene is a plus
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced kitchen environment
• Local candidates from Dadar or nearby areas preferred

Role: Kitchen Staff — Food Prep, Plating & Thali Making

Kitchen: 100% Vegetarian

Staff: Entire store is women-operated ✅

🕑 Timing: 1:30 PM – 9:00 PM

📅 6 days/week | 1 weekly off (any day)

🍽️ 30 min lunch break

💰 ₹10,000/month → ₹12,000 after 2 months

Freshers welcome! Training provided.
