Role & responsibilities

• Identify and generate new business leads through various channels such as in house database, cold calling, email campaigns, LinkedIn, social media, and online research.
• Maintain and update lead databases and CRM systems regularly.
• Qualify leads based on business requirements and customer needs.
• Schedule meetings, demos, or appointments for the sales team.
• Build and maintain a pipeline of prospective clients.
• Conduct market research to identify new opportunities and target industries.
• Follow up with potential customers through calls, emails, and messages.
• Coordinate with sales and marketing teams to improve lead conversion.
• Track and report lead generation metrics and campaign performance.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with prospects and clients.
• Handle inbound and outbound lead generation activities.
• Participate in promotional activities, webinars, and events to generate leads.
• Ensure achievement of monthly and quarterly lead targets.

Required Skills
