We are looking for an energetic and responsible candidate to handle all online-generated enquiries from our website and digital platforms.

  • Responsibilities:Handle customer enquiries through WhatsApp, calls, and email
  • Maintain proper lead and customer database
  • Follow up on quotations regularly
  • Coordinate with customers and internal team
  • Make strong efforts to convert leads into orders
  • Maintain daily follow-up reports
