Role Overview
We are seeking a confident and articulate Telecaller to support business development through outbound calling, lead qualification, and client engagement.
Key Responsibilities
* Make outbound calls to prospective clients from provided leads
* Introduce services and generate interest (training provided)
* Qualify leads and schedule meetings for the sales team
* Maintain accurate call records in CRM/Excel
* Handle inbound queries and follow-ups
* Meet daily/weekly calling and conversion targets
