Logistics Coordinator

Job Description: Logistics and Telephone Operations Executive.

The Logistics and Telephone Operations Executive shall be responsible for ensuring smooth coordination of dispatches, shipments, customer communication, and day-to-day office telephone operations.

The responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

• Handling all incoming and outgoing telephone calls professionally and directing them to the appropriate department or person.
• Coordinating domestic and international shipments with courier companies, freight forwarders, and transport agencies.
• Preparing shipping documents, invoices, packing lists, airway bills, and other logistics-related documentation.
• Tracking shipments and providing timely updates to customers and internal teams.
• Coordinating with production, stores, and accounts departments to ensure timely dispatch of orders.
• Maintaining records of dispatches, courier bookings, delivery status, and logistics expenses.
• Communicating with customers, suppliers, and transporters regarding order status and shipment schedules.
• Managing incoming and outgoing correspondence through email, courier, and telephone.
• Maintaining accurate records and filing of logistics and office documents.
• Assisting in general administrative and office coordination activities as assigned by the management.
• Maintaining confidentiality of company information, customer data, and business documents.
• Performing any other duties assigned by the Management from time to time in the interest of the organization.
