We are hiring Courier Operations Executives who want to build a career in International Courier Operations. This role offers exposure to office operations along with field work.
Key Responsibilities:
- International courier bookings, documentation aur shipment tracking
- PC-based work – Excel data entry, courier software handling, records maintenance
- Client coordination for shipments and follow-ups
- Preparing and maintaining daily operational reports
- Field work including coordination and pickups – courier pickup from clients, dispatch coordination, document handover, etc.
- (Note: Yeh delivery job nahi hai. Portrer/Zomato/shadowfax jaisa delivery type ka koi kaam nahi hoga)
Skills & Requirements:
- Basic computer knowledge (Excel ka basic idea hona chahiye)
- English & Hindi communication skills
- Willingness to learn international courier processes
- Responsible, punctual and professional attitude
- Freshers are welcome; proper training will be provided
