Job SummaryThe ITI Electrician will be responsible for preventive and breakdown maintenance of electrical systems, kitchen equipment, and restaurant facilities to ensure smooth day-to-day operations while maintaining safety and quality standards.

• Key ResponsibilitiesCarry out preventive and corrective maintenance of electrical systems.
• Repair and maintain restaurant equipment such as:
• Deep Fryers
• Refrigerators & Freezers
• Air Conditioners (HVAC)
• Exhaust & Fresh Air Systems
• Ovens
• Lighting & Electrical Panels
• Troubleshoot electrical faults and restore equipment quickly.
• Inspect wiring, switches, sockets, MCBs, and distribution panels.
• Perform routine maintenance to minimize equipment downtime.
• Maintain maintenance logs and service reports.
• Ensure compliance with electrical safety and food safety standards.
• Coordinate with vendors for major repairs and AMC services.
• Support new equipment installation and restaurant maintenance activities.
• EligibilityITI Certificate in Electrician (Mandatory)
• Freshers or 0–2 years of experience
• Basic knowledge of electrical wiring, motors, HVAC, and refrigeration
• Ability to work in rotational shifts and travel within the assigned area
• Required SkillsElectrical troubleshooting
