Job Title: Area Manager / Relationship Manager – EdTech

Location: Cuffe Parade, Mumbai (near CSMT & Churchgate)

We are an EdTech company providing comprehensive in-school solutions including Computer Labs, Coding & Robotics, AV Rooms, E-Libraries, and Language Labs. We deploy qualified teachers and engineers to ensure smooth academic delivery and technical support.

Key Responsibilities:

Visit 2–3 partner schools daily to monitor operations and service quality

Ensure smooth functioning of all services including computer labs, robotics sessions, AV rooms, and digital learning setups

Coordinate with teachers and engineers to track lecture delivery and technical performance

Identify and resolve operational or technical issues at school level

Meet with school principals and coordinators to maintain strong relationships

Collect regular feedback and share insights for service improvement

Prepare daily visit reports and update management/directors

Visit office regularly to align with internal teams and provide updates

Requirements:

Strong communication skills in English

Good personality and interpersonal skills to manage school relationships

Ability to handle multiple locations and stakeholders efficiently

Problem-solving mindset with a proactive approach

Willingness to travel within the city on a daily basis

Preferred:

Experience in EdTech / School Operations / Relationship Management

Basic understanding of computer labs or educational technology

Work Structure:

Field-based role (school visits) + office reporting

Office located at Cuffe Parade, Mumbai
