• Position: TelecallerKey Responsibilities:Make outbound calls to prospective students and parents to provide information about courses and admission procedures.
• Handle inbound inquiries and respond to questions regarding programs, fees, schedules, and facilities.
• Follow up with leads generated through marketing campaigns, events, and online inquiries.
• Maintain accurate records of calls, inquiries, and admissions data in the system.
• Counsel students and parents regarding suitable courses and career opportunities.
• Schedule counseling sessions and appointments for academic advisors.
• Build positive relationships with prospective students and parents.
• Achieve admission and conversion targets through effective communication and follow-ups.
• Coordinate with the admissions and academic teams to ensure a smooth enrollment process.
• Who We Are Looking For:Bachelor's degree preferred (any stream).
• Freshers and experienced candidates are welcome to apply.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Fluency in English, Hindi, and/or regional languages will be an added advantage.
• Strong convincing and negotiation abilities.
• Basic computer knowledge and familiarity with CRM/software systems.
• Positive attitude, self-motivated, and target-oriented approach.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
