Job Description

We are looking for a Marketing Executive to handle customer inquiries through emails and calls, prepare and send quotations, and provide prompt responses to customer queries. The candidate will coordinate with customers and internal teams to ensure smooth order processing and timely dispatch. Responsibilities include regular follow-up with purchasers and customers until order completion, as well as tracking payments and recovering outstanding dues. Strong communication, coordination, and follow-up skills are essential.
