Marketing Head

*JOB DESCRIPTION - MARKETING HEAD*

We are seeking a visionary and result-oriented *Head of Modern Trade* to lead our strategic growth across India’s organized retail landscape. This is a high-impact leadership role responsible for steering our brand’s presence in key accounts such as Reliance, DMart, and other major hypermarkets/supermarkets. Managing P&L, negotiating Terms of Trade (TOT), and driving in-store visibility. 

*Key Responsibilities:*

-      Drives sales and brand visibility across large-scale retail outlets (supermarkets/hypermarkets) by developing go-to-market strategies, managing key accounts, and optimizing in-store, promotional, and shopper marketing.

-      Strong demand in FMCG, retail, and consumer goods sectors.

-      Analyze market trends and competitor activity to inform strategic decisions.

-      Proven track record of developing successful brand strategies that drive business results.

-      Manage budgets and allocate resources effectively to maximize return on investment.

-      Executing in-store promotions, merchandising, and launching shopper marketing campaigns to increase brand presence.

-      Ensuring optimal product range, listing, and inventory management across stores. 

-      Handle claim settlements, billing reconciliation, and trade promotional spending efficiently.

-      Drive conflict resolution and ensure pricing hygiene across modern trade and general trade channels.

*Qualifications:*

-      10-15+ years in FMCG, with specific experience in Modern Trade in a senior marketing role, preferably in a similar industry.

-      Bachelor’s degree in marketing, Business Administration, or related field

-      Strong analytical ability (ROI/P&L), negotiation skills, and team leadership.

*Budget* – 80K – 90K
