Position: Executive / Assistant Manager – Alliance
Location: Mumbai (Andheri)
Experience Required: 2–6 years
Compensation (CTC): ₹6–10 lakhs per annum
Weekly Off: 1 weekday
Key Skills: BTL, Lead Generation
Roles & Responsibilities:
Develop strategies at cohort/industry level for targeting B2B partnerships (BFSI, IT-ITES, Manufacturing, Logistics, Retail, etc.).
Design execution frameworks for alliance acquisition at branch level.
Build customer funnels through hunting and farming activities. Sign alliances with corporates, PSUs, retail, financial institutions, e-commerce players, etc.
Focus on alliances that generate solicited/consented leads from partner customer bases (Banks, Loyalty Programs, Premium bases).
Ensure smooth functioning and maintain relationships with partners (including barter arrangements) by coordinating internally for their needs.
Set benchmarks in process compliance from lead to sale. Maintain dashboards and manage funnels for individual and branch targets
