Job Description

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Marketing Manager to develop and execute marketing strategies that enhance brand awareness, generate qualified leads, increase patient/customer engagement, and drive business growth The ideal candidate will have experience in healthcare marketing, digital marketing, campaign management, and stakeholder engagement.

Key Responsibilities

Strategic Marketing

  • Develop and implement annual marketing plans aligned with business objectives.
  • Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify growth opportunities.
  • Build and strengthen brand positioning within the dental market.
  • Monitor industry trends, patient behavior, and emerging marketing technologies.

Digital Marketing

  • Manage SEO, SEM, PPC, social media, email marketing, and content marketing initiatives.
  • Oversee website optimization and user experience improvements.
  • Plan and execute lead generation campaigns to drive patient appointments or product inquiries.
  • Analyze digital campaign performance and optimize ROI.

Brand Management

  • Ensure consistent brand messaging across all marketing channels.
  • Develop marketing collateral, brochures, presentations, and promotional materials.
  • Manage public relations activities and media communications.
  • Coordinate with agencies, designers, and content creators.

Patient/Customer Acquisition & Retention

  • Design campaigns to attract new patients/customers and improve retention.
  • Develop loyalty, referral, and engagement programs.
  • Monitor patient/customer feedback and online reputation management.

Events & Professional Outreach

  • Plan and manage participation in dental conferences, exhibitions, workshops, and webinars.
  • Build relationships with dentists, clinics, distributors, and industry associations.
  • Support sales teams with promotional activities and lead nurturing programs.

Analytics & Reporting

  • Track KPIs including lead generation, conversion rates, patient acquisition cost, website traffic, and campaign ROI.
  • Prepare monthly and quarterly marketing performance reports.
  • Utilize CRM and marketing automation tools to improve campaign effectiveness.
  • Achieve targets
