Marketing Manager

About the Role

We are looking for energetic and customer-focused BTL Marketing Executives to generate quality leads through on-ground marketing activities. The role involves interacting with customers at malls, corporate parks, residential societies, events, and promotional campaigns to create awareness about Club Mahindra Holiday Memberships.

• Key Responsibilities
• Conduct on-ground marketing and promotional activities at malls, exhibitions, residential societies, corporate offices, and events.
• Interact with potential customers and explain the benefits of Club Mahindra Holiday Memberships.
• Generate high-quality leads for the sales team.
• Collect customer information accurately and maintain lead records.
• Coordinate with the sales team to ensure timely follow-up on generated leads.
• Represent the Club Mahindra brand professionally during all promotional activities.
• Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly lead generation targets.
• Participate in brand activation campaigns and local marketing initiatives.

• Eligibility
• Graduate in any discipline.
• Freshers and experienced candidates are welcome to apply.
• Prior experience in BTL Marketing, Promoter Activities, Field Marketing, Lead Generation, or Event Marketing is an added advantage.
