Job Description
- Provide immediate medical assessment and emergency treatment to patients during ambulance calls.
- Manage trauma, cardiac emergencies, respiratory distress, poisoning, and other critical conditions.
- Perform life-saving procedures such as airway management, CPR, intubation, defibrillation, and medication administration as required.
- Monitor patients' vital signs and maintain stabilization during transportation.
- Coordinate with hospitals, emergency departments, and healthcare professionals for patient handover.
- Supervise and guide paramedics and ambulance staff during emergency operations.
- Ensure all emergency medical equipment, drugs, and supplies are available and functional.
- Adhere to medical protocols, infection control measures, and organizational policies.
- Participate in emergency drills, training programs, and continuous medical education activities.
- Attend intercity transfers, events, and standby medical duties as assigned.
- Ensure patient safety and maintain confidentiality at all times.
