Job Description
- Key Responsibilities:MIS & ReportingPrepare daily, weekly, and monthly MIS reports.
- Maintain operational dashboards for management review.
- Generate reports related to deliveries, pickups, riders, clients, billing, and TAT.
- Data ManagementMaintain accurate records of shipments and deliveries.
- Update data in Excel, ERP, or internal systems.
- Ensure data accuracy and timely updates.
- Operations SupportTrack daily delivery performance.
- Monitor pending shipments and escalations.
- Coordinate with supervisors and operations team for data collection.
- Billing & Invoice SupportSupport billing team with invoice data.
- Validate client-wise billing reports.
- Track outstanding and payment records.
- Performance AnalysisAnalyze productivity of bikers / delivery executives.
- Monitor SLA, TAT, and service performance.
- Highlight operational gaps and improvement areas.
- Required Skills:Strong knowledge of Advanced Excel (VLOOKUP, HLOOKUP, Pivot Table)
- Good analytical skills
- Strong reporting and documentation skills
- Good communication and coordination
- Knowledge of logistics operations preferred
