Job Description

Job Title: Renewal Executive – Motor

Location: Marine Lines, Mumbai

Company: Kataria Business Insurance

Key Responsibilities:

  • Follow up with clients for motor policy renewals
  • Ensure timely renewal of policies without any lapse
  • Notify respective CROs when renewals are due
  • Coordinate with CROs and make sure renewals are completed on time
  • Maintain good relationship with existing clients
  • Cross-sell motor insurance to jewellers who already have jewellery insurance
  • Explain policy details clearly to clients
  • Coordinate with insurance companies for quotes and policy issuance
  • Maintain records and update client data
