Job Description

Installation of the Multi Technician with Experience in Electrical, Plumbing, and HVAC Works


1. Repair basic electric wiring and plumbing

2. To be able to do basic electrical plumbing installation in premises

3. Mandatory 3-6 years of experience

4. Troubleshoot electrical, plumbing, and mechanical faults and carry out necessary repairs.

5. Maintain lighting systems, power outlets, switches, DB panels, and electrical fixtures.

Required Skills:

Knowledge of electrical wiring and troubleshooting.

  • Plumbing maintenance and repair
  • Minor civil and carpentry repair skills.
  • Ability to diagnose technical issues quickly.
  • Good communication and teamwork.
  • Time management and multitasking abilities.
  • Basic computer knowledge for maintenance reporting.

Understanding of workplace safety and emergency procedures.
