Job Description

We’re looking for an active, smart, and experienced Receptionist who will manage front desk duties with efficiency and warmth. You’ll be the first point of contact for visitors, candidates, and vendors, so a friendly personality and a sharp sense of responsibility are key.


Responsibilities


  • Great and assist walk-in guests, candidates, and vendors
  • Handle incoming phone calls and direct them appropriately
  • Manage document printing, scanning, and basic admin tasks
  • Coordinate with housekeeping and pantry staff to maintain cleanliness and the availability of supplies
  • Ensure the reception and waiting area are always tidy and presentable
  • Support HR/admin teams during office events or candidate interviews
  • Maintain visitor logs and security protocols as required


Requirements

  • Proven experience as a receptionist or in a similar front desk role (minimum 2–3 years)
  • Good communication skills in English & Hindi
  • Good email and excel knowledge
  • Proficiency with basic office equipment (printer, scanner, phone system)
  • Hands on experience with courier management
  • Organised, punctual, and professional in appearance and behavior
  • A positive attitude and the ability to multi-task smoothly
