Job Description
MCM BPO PVT LTD, a growing BPO and digital solutions company in Mumbai, is looking for a reliable and hardworking Office Boy to support our daily office operations. You will maintain office cleanliness, serve tea/coffee/water to staff and visitors, handle photocopying, scanning, filing, and basic document management, deliver parcels/documents inside/outside the office (bank, courier, etc.), manage stationery and pantry supplies, assist with meeting room setup, and perform other routine errands to keep the workplace smooth and organized. The ideal candidate is punctual, disciplined, physically fit, trustworthy, and has good communication skills in Hindi/Marathi/English. Previous experience in a similar role (office boy, peon, helper) in Mumbai is preferred. This is a great opportunity to join a dynamic team with growth potential in a professional BPO environment. Immediate joiners preferred!
