Job Description
- Showroom & Office SupportMaintain showroom cleanliness and neatness
- Arrange chairs, tables, counters, and office setup
- Support staff in day-to-day office work
- Maintain proper showroom presentation
- 2. Customer HospitalityWelcome customers politely
- Serve water, tea, or refreshments to customers & guests
- Maintain clean customer sitting area
- 3. Garment & Stock SupportHelp in shifting garment bags/cartons
- Arrange stock in racks or storage area
- Assist sales team during heavy customer rush
- Carry parcels and packaging material when required
- 4. Pantry & Cleaning WorkMaintain pantry cleanliness
- Clean cups, trays, and pantry area
- Ensure drinking water availability
- Support housekeeping activities when needed
- 5. Office AssistancePhotocopy, printing, scanning work
- File handling & document shifting
- Bank work / courier / market work if required
- Bring office materials & stationery
- 6. Opening & Closing DutiesOpening WorkOpen office/showroom setup
- Switch on lights, AC, fans
- Ensure showroom is customer-ready
- Closing WorkBasic cleaning before closing
- Switch off electrical items
- Ensure office is organized properly
